Juan was pleasant from the time I opened my door until he left. He listened to my repair issue, informed me constantly of what he was doing. He had great manners, a sense of humor and was honest about being "younger than the product he was repairing". He protected my floors and the surrounding counter tops, pulled out the entire compactor and cleaned it, and allowed me time to clean the floor in the cabinet before he reinstalled the appliance. The compactor is up and running. I have all Sears appliances in my home and am ery happy with the service I got today. MaryB
