Matt did a good job but the settings knob doesn't include all available choices. We need to schedule another visit to repair that.

Tech scheduled for 10:00 - 2:00 arrival window on Monday. Received a robocall from Sears at 1:45 informing me tech would be on site Tuesday, the following day.... and then tech arrived at 2:30 Monday. Work was performed quickly and job well done.

Our initial scheduled appts were cancelled. One that day and another time when the person never showed. Once they showed up for the appointment, the parts were ordered and two weeks later our dishwasher was finally fixed.

Still Can't Believe the Outcome...

Problematic washing machine has had five service calls in the last year. Can't spin a load dry properly. Yes, the load is unbalanced but it's not because I don't know how to separate laundry. The machine is garbage and can't wash a normal load of laundry. So I'm then told the load isn't balanced because I can't wash a full set of bath towels at once... some complicated explanation about how it has to be x items of equal size in order to prevent out-of-balance issues. Never had this problem in decades of doing laundry with many different machines. Again, the machine doesn't work properly but I'm told it's because there's a very specific way I now have to sort, separate and wash...nobody has ever heard of this requirement. So I'm stuck with an unfixable machine because there's supposedly nothing wrong with it. SMH

Brian great, but terrible frustrating looping failed systems

I am *really* frustrated with the broken SHS scheduling system. I called both the 802-552-4364 and the 802-613-1957 numbers. They both go to the same place. After a series of questions, I was forwarded to the famous Samantha, the AI service rep. After going through another series of questions, Samantha indicated it was going to set up the intended appt, Wed Nov 19, 8-5. However, it came back saying there was a problem connecting to the maintenance scheduling system. I called the 4364 number again and somehow managed to set up a schedule for Wed Nov 19, 8-5. By 3pm, there was still no show. So I tried to track this down. I finally found the place where my appt was listed. It showed it had been changed to Tuesday Nov 25, without any interaction about this by me. Further, the current appt is only for the Washer, but I scheduled the Dryer and Washer bundle. So I tried again, going through the same multiple series, getting to Samantha, apparently changing it to Fri Nov 21, when it said there was a 8-1 slot, but then again it came back saying there was a problem connecting to the maintenance scheduling system. I tried going online again to try to change it, but it requires a code sent as a text to my phone. But my phone is a landline phone, so no texts get through. Finally the visit was scheduled for Fri Nov 21, 1-5. The service visit went well, as Brian K. was very informative and helpful. However, no matter how hard I tried, I could not either cancel or change the incorrect Nov 25 Washer-only maintenance visit. I tried using the chatbot again, but when I clicked on the Nov 25 appt, it only referred to the Nov 21 appt. It did not allow me to refer to the Nov 25 appt, and gave no opportunity to ask for a human service rep. It kept asking me if I wanted to change the 21 appt. I kept clicking either yes or no, and it kept coming back asking me if I wanted to change the 21 appt. After 20 times, I finally gave up. These are endless failed loops, and they should be fixed.

Situation went from bad to worse

We opened the dishwasher and something snapped, causing the heavy door to drop to the floor. The first fix didn't work. Neither did second, and, during that attempt, the dishwasher was dented in two new places. Now First American is trying to deny coverage.
