Brian explained to me that our dryer lint system is normally treated by other maintenance organizations. However, he treated the problem created by the dryer. He cleaned out all the lint that he was able to do and the dryer was working good when finished. I washed two loads of laundry afterwards and the dryer was working very good.

Christopher could not have been more polite and kind. He should never have been sent here. I told the person booking the appointment that the heater was under the house in the crawl space. We had already had two appointments cancelled to the best of my memory. I no longer want to deal with Sears Home Services. Please cancel anything further. If the review had been on ears instead of Christopher it would have been a zero!

After 4 reschedules had a very nice experience with two capable young technicians. Fixing dishwasher. Knew what was wrong. Original installation was not well done so this was the reason for struggling with repair. They were transparent and made sure I was kept informed.
