rancarlos was very professional and very polite in our conversations. He did a through job in cleaning under and checking the refrigerator. He took the time to replace the tips of the stove plates and did a good job checking out the washing machine. Very satisfied with his work.

Brian explained to me that our dryer lint system is normally treated by other maintenance organizations. However, he treated the problem created by the dryer. He cleaned out all the lint that he was able to do and the dryer was working good when finished. I washed two loads of laundry afterwards and the dryer was working very good.

Christopher could not have been more polite and kind. He should never have been sent here. I told the person booking the appointment that the heater was under the house in the crawl space. We had already had two appointments cancelled to the best of my memory. I no longer want to deal with Sears Home Services. Please cancel anything further. If the review had been on ears instead of Christopher it would have been a zero!
