Best guy ever!
He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and overall one of the best service technicians I've ever had. I have had him before and he is consistently awesome, kind and knows what he is doing. He is also very considerate.

Rancarlos reminded me of how home repairs used to be... He texted 5 minutes before his arrival. The parts were delivered a few days before his arrival. The repairs were completed quickly. I don't experience that kind of service these days. The repair costs were not inexpensive, but worth the care and service provided. Sounds like a sales pitch, but I was happy with the service.
