Brian K.' s first visit was very helpful. He explained the problem and what parts needed to be ordered. Before leaving , he ordered those parts and said they would be delivered to my address. The ordered parts came in two different days. I called Sears Service and my job was scheduled for Oct. 6th. Brian worked independently, efficiently, and diligently to complete the task. Brian was wonderful. Explained everything. Unfortunately the dryer is old was not able to be repaired. Brian was very helpful in giving us advice on looking for a new one. If we need someone again we hope we get Brian!

He is very professional and knowledgeable. Since my machine failed to do what made me call he suggested making a video the next time- brilliant! He is very punctual when I get the text, cleans up after he is done working and super nice! Of all the repairmen I have every had repairing my appliances he is the best!
