Fixed my electric stove knob that turns the burner on

Very disappointed.

Did nothing for us. We had tried for two weeks trying to get it to start. Read everything on web, instructions on dishwasher book, 4 people tried to help us with no luck. Sometimes it started but closed when we tried to start it. Guy came in, pushed same buttons we had and it started. It worked and he could not explain why. He didn't try to look at board or anything else. He was here for just a few minutes. We still have had it do the same thing again and then start on next time tried. We were disappointed to not get more concern from him after all we had experienced. We just cross our fingers every time we try to turn on.

Incomplete repair job

The washer door was not reconnected back to the springs. It was an obvious incomplete job as the door fast drop due to weight when the door opens. We need another repair person to return and complete the job.

Installed the part myself, asked him to order a part for my dryer (he was here for the washer) said he couldn't, I just wanted a new lint screen as mine is falling apart to save yet another trip by a tech. Wouldn't even look at it. But it doesn't matter nobody reads these anyway

Unpleasant personal experience and most importantly professionally after weeks of waiting between three visits with a dead dryer, two problem diagnosis from Bobby and two parts deliveries, he wasn't able to fix it after all.
