Bobby was on time, personable, professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He knew to work within the constraints of American Home Shield policy and I feel he could have done more. I do not believe the problem is fixed, just band-aided for the moment.

Left a large mess

He did the work but they left a huge mess all over the kitchen. There is black ash like soot all over the kitchen countertops and everything on them. The floors are disgusting and they left the old compressor here for us to deal with when it's their job to handle appliances that seems like something they should take with them if they ordered the replacement part.

Hard to review, no service done

Bobby was very polite and helpful, but because the primary problem with our stove wasn't happening when he was here, he wasn't able to perform a service. So my issue isn't with him, but my frustration with the process. This is the second time we had someone come out when our stove was intermittently failing (same issue). If I had known that all I needed was a video showing it failing, a lot of time and effort would hav been saved. At least he gave me that information, and now I can take the video.

Maytag Refrigerator Repair

Patrick Lopez did the repair and in a hurry to leave due to other jobs lined up for him to complete. He said the refrigerator was now ok and should function normally after 24 hours. What he said did not happen at all. Until now, the refrigerator was not producing the normal coolness, the ice maker is still not working and the freezer is still not freezing in its normal condition. You guys have to send the repairman back to finish the job as soon as possible, please. We threw away good amount of rotten foods and cost us a lot of money.

Left dishwasher spraying water

Technician installed new parts and turned on the washer. It started spraying water out of the top right corner! He left and told us to "just put towels there to block the water"!?

Sears - why so inefficient?

Patricio was fine. It's Sears I am complaining about. Sears sent numerous emails asking details about the problem, which I answered in detail. They said this way they can come with the parts. I asked Patricio why he didn't have the parts with him, since he didn't do any diagnosing while he was here. Then he told me the part wasn't available on a 2 year old Jenn-Air and they would need to do research. Thanks Sears!

This technician asks me to pay for parts and a service call that a previous technician, and his company, said was covered by insurance. And then he is shocked that I refuse and am upset. I sent him away!
