Service was great-got here early-checked out oven-found bad part-went to truck got new part-replaced part - checked operation-put oven back together- and was finished in an hour or less- after he left couldn't even tell he was here- he was also very polite and neat. Great job

He did a good job on my refrigerator. My complaint is that I waited months for it to be fixed. The parts arrived and getting the technician took weeks before he could be scheduled. Since the first try didn't totally fix the issue, I had to wait again for an appointment after the necessary part arrived.

We had two issues with our GE induction stove... one was an intermittently working burner, the other is the oven light won't turn on (even with bulb replaced). Two circuit boards were replaced, and it's possible the burner issue has been resolved (we won't know for a few weeks since it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't), but the oven light still doesn't work.

The technicians were fine, but the scheduling of this service was the worst I have ever experienced. The next time I have a problem with a Kenmore product, I will buy a new appliance and ensure it is not Kenmore. You rescheduled my installation appointment to an earlier slot, but the parts had not arrived. The next reschedule no-one showed up despite conflicting reports and with no notification. The last reschedule was to be close to noon and the arrival was 9am. Terrible, terrible management.
