Even thought we didn't like the outcome of the repair, the service provider was super knowledgable and got to the root of the problem in minutes! Not his fault we needed a super spendy repair. They just don't make stuff like they used to! Bottom line, don't buy Jenn Air appliances.

Tom came on time, was friendly and wore as mask at our request. He assessed the situation found the compressor to be faulty, as well as replacement of the evaporator assembly as well as needing to recharge the freon system. We are up and running and the fridge is cooling sufficiently.
