Also Tom was with him. They were both wonderful. I just hope everything will work well. I waited THREE MONTHS for this repair which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Tom is very good. However, the service provided by Home Warranty is pathetic. Terrible customer service and very difficult to make an appointment. Their computer system not only takes too long, but cannot accomplish anything

Patricio was a bit late, but that is not unusual with service calls by any provider. He 'fixed' the problem and the machine started. We loaded the waiting dishes but delayed testing because the floors were being refinished at the same time. The floors were completed yesterday, we ran the dishes and (1) the door caught when we closed it and the cycle only rinsed. The soap never released - it didn't even get wet - and the dishes didn't get cleaned. We are invoking the 90 day guarantee ASAP.
