Bobby is the best !!!
This is the 2nd time Bobby has come to our home. He is wonderful. Nice, polite, articulate, smart - I cannot say enough. The first time he diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. I am a computer engineer and I watched how he zeroed in on the problem. When he returned to install the parts, it was a similar, very good experience. Thank you for sending him. He is the best service man we have had in our home.

Bobby has always been forthrite with us. Sears Warranty service not so much. Our washer has been leaking for years and I always thought it was the drain until I bought what I thought was going to be a temporary washer…until my washer was repaired again for the 20th time… So…Sears let us down….and we didn't know about it until we replaced the washer And with a new washer I no longer worry about having massive quantities of water in the garage/laundry room…so Sears warranty service failed us…

Sears has become so centralized in the way they care for clients. We had to reschedule the repair four times. This was not Tom's fault. Tom was efficient and knew what he was doing as a tech. It's the crummy service and scheduling snafus Sears has to work on getting right.
