Keychaundre was awesome! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He is an excellent technician; he showed me photos of what he had done and the work was excellent! He arrived when it was indicated that he would. A concern and complaint I have is that yesterday, June 1, a technician named Marcus was scheduled to be here in the afternoon. Both my partner and I were here all afternoon and we had our front door open so we could hear someone at the gate. No doorbell rang, no person hollered up, nothing! At 3:15 i got a "knock,knock". message that no one was here with a photo of our front gate. It was a lie on his part! He must have taken the photo from his van! We were here, in fact my partner had been in and out the front gate bringing the garbage cans in and no sign of him. i saw the knock,knock at 3:17 in my texts. He clearly made NO EFFORT to contact us. You should be aware of his dishonesty and i wish there had been a live person to contact immediately and report this problem. I hope that you will deal with this promptly.

Anthony is the epitome of professional. Not only was he the most respected and caring person, with trust being thin these days, I have renewed faith when professionals like him help me keep the things I worked hard to have. My fridge is functioning like new because of him. I am even bummed I forgot to ask him about other parts since I need new produce trays and want to make sure I have the right parts. With the internet filled with scammers and phoney people, it was a great and fresh air experience today. Thank you, Anthony! And Sears….GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE!

Mr Manuel L did an excellent job. He explained every issue my tenet had with the washer, what she is doing is part of the problem by not loading the washer properly and causing the spin cycle to go off balance. Now she understands and how to load the washer properly .
