Technician Robert was very proficient and performed the repair service quickly. He was courteous and mindful about not causing any collateral damage to my property. He cleaned up following the job. Both he and a previous tech named Anthony are wonderful. However, the AI robot scheduling and customer interface is an unequivocal disappointment. Example: dealing with a no-show, dealing with your dispatch switching an appointment. These problems and situations should be dealt with through a human interaction for prompt and effective resolution. The AI response caused additional problems and inconvenient delays that makes this part of the operation unsatisfactory. Only your techs are great!

Anthony is awesome. Very knowledgeable of what he’s doing. He fixed our fridge which has a problem in defrosting and did a great job on it, he also showed me where the problem is coming from. He’s so professional too. This is the kind of technician that we would like to repair and fixed our broken appliances. Thank you Anthony🙏👍
