Marcus, explained the entire repair process before he even entered my house to check the dryer. He wanted to know if I would agree to the repair process. Which I did. Once he found the the issue, he explained the repair procedure and price, if I wanted to proceed. I decided not to. I had been researching new dryers and a new dryer cost as must as the repair. So I opted to purchase a new dryer. He was thorough, though I think a little nervous in the beginning.

The technician was very professional, explained the problem clearly, and replaced the part very quickly. Here's a problem that needs to be rectified. My appointment was set between 8am -12pm. I received a text that the technician was scheduled to arrive at 8:19am, so I rushed to get here. At approximately 8:40am, I received a call from the technician that he would arrive at 9am. I'm glad the issue was resolved early this morning because i have a very busy day, but if you are not going to be here based on the notification we receive from Sears, then there has to be a better way to communicate. This seems to be an internal problem within Sears Service, so I hope it can be rectified. From a customer's perspective, you are not respecting MY time. Thanks.

Sears Appliance Repair Technician Ambrocio D. was efficient and polite. We tested the washer after he installed the new Washer Door Boot that I had purchased prior. He was patient in answering my questions. Ambocio D was a positive experience; however, there was a failure of a Sears Technician to fulfill the scheduled appointment the week prior. The 5 Stars are for Ambrocio D. Note that Sears Appliance Repair needs improvement regarding fulfilling appointments.

Andrea was a AWESOME technician who came out for the repairs for my Aunts stove. Very knowledgeable of our concerns and what was going on, and reinsured our concern and our safety that the repairs that was done. Job well done for his work..!

Great service, the two repairmen were polite, professional, and took their time to make sure my washing machine was fixed properly. My only suggestion is to have a live customer service agent available to speak with. Overall, a great experience!
