Sears Appliance Repair Technician Ambrocio D. was efficient and polite. We tested the washer after he installed the new Washer Door Boot that I had purchased prior. He was patient in answering my questions. Ambocio D was a positive experience; however, there was a failure of a Sears Technician to fulfill the scheduled appointment the week prior. The 5 Stars are for Ambrocio D. Note that Sears Appliance Repair needs improvement regarding fulfilling appointments.

Andrea was a AWESOME technician who came out for the repairs for my Aunts stove. Very knowledgeable of our concerns and what was going on, and reinsured our concern and our safety that the repairs that was done. Job well done for his work..!

Great service, the two repairmen were polite, professional, and took their time to make sure my washing machine was fixed properly. My only suggestion is to have a live customer service agent available to speak with. Overall, a great experience!

Gary was efficient and informative. Diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced the capacitor. Service though Home Warranty of America so I only paid service call fee.
