Repair was completed timely; excellent service was provided by Patrick and Raul! Both techs were knowledgeable and very efficient; I'm very satisfied with the service they provided!

Once Tung came out, he did a good job of evaluating my problem with my Washing Machine. However, it took 5 tries for him to come out. The scheduling needs to be improved. Maybe it's because of the Holiday, but I waited around for 4 other appointments and nobody came out. I would have been really upset if my Washer was not working at all.
