Very professional...I liked everything including the AI scheduler that answered my question. I would've liked the Technition to have called me earlier, letting me know he was running late... however, he let me know later that he was 20 minutes away, which was helpful. He was very polite and skilled and clean, And eager to find out what was wrong with my dishwasher and wanted to help me fix it. He was also patient about my hearing deficit. Overall, very good service!
