Our service tech, Sloan, was great. He was the tech that completed the initial diagnosis and installed the part today. The Sears scheduling system and the customer service agents receive a one star rating. Our initial appointment took place on 5/21. We were supposed to have the follow up install on 6/4. Nobody ever showed up for that appointment. We rescheduled for 6/11 and 6/18. Nobody showed up for these appointments either. In between each no show, we called to try and figure out what happened. We were either unable to speak to a real person, told that a tech had completed the visit, or told to reschedule. We went without a properly functioning oven for almost a full month. Glad that it was finally fixed today.

Very good service and Anthony was able to fix my fridge. Very appreciative!! But please let Anthony he left his dryer fan at my stairway. Please let him know to come back to my house to pick them up. I don’t know his cell phone.

What a great tech, Anthony A.!!! Quickly diagnosed and fixed our Kenmore Elite frig/freezer (clogged freezer drain with an inch thick plus of ice!), and ordered the under warranty freezer drawer that had broken off on one corner. Unfortunately, It was the wrong size incorrect freezer drawer that was delivered, part # determined by Sears Home Service, and we are waiting, one month later, for another appt. to right this wrong!

My technician, Joseph R., did a terrific job one leveling my LG dishwasher today., and moving it back into place properly. Prior to today, on a previous service call, and by a different technician, the dishwasher was fixed and running, but he had left it tilting forward so it was very difficult to load the dishes. Today Joe not only leveled it properly (not easy in a very tight space), but took the time to put back the upper rack, which was not done by the previous technician. Joseph was very pleasant to work with. Thank you, Joe. You are one of the best! VOY Wiederhold
