Alvin, the technician, is top notch. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and on time, plus he is a very pleasant person. Sears service, however, is very poorly managed. Our appt was rescheduled 2-3 times and we waited 2 months to get our appliance repaired. This is unacceptable.
