He discovered the technician before him did not thoroughly check my washer and therefore I did not need the part that was ordered and he credited the over $600 that I had to pay for the service that was not needed and he said he would talk to the technician to make sure he doesn’t make the mistake again of not thoroughly checking the customer’s appliances and that he does the diagnostic test correctly .
