Anthony came at the time he specified in his text. He asked me relevant questions then began looking over the refrigerator as he took pictures. When he got to the freezer he quickly diagnosed the most possible problem. He showed me ice on the door edge and water droplets on the food. He explained to me how to fix the problem by rearranging the food so that door closes more securely.
