I appreciate Patrick’s professionalism. I received a heads up phone call saying when he would arrive to fix my oven. He was cordial, knowledgeable and all business when he arrived. The job was completed in a timely manner. I appreciated his description of the problem and how he solved it. Additional info was provided about how long I should expect the new part to last. I’m very happy with the repair.

Hung was outstanding! He was pleasant and really knew what he was doing. He taught me how to clean the filter in my washer. I learned a lot from him. I am very thankful Hung was my technician!

The Sears Tech/Ostap was prompt to his arrival. He was courteous and professional. He explained what the trouble was to my gas range and repaired the burners. He resolved the problem very quickly. I hope to get this technician on sears call. Thank you again Ostap!!!!!
