Stay away from them, terrible service with broken AI on a phone. Got scheduled via my home warranty company and nobody showed up. The phone number leads to an AI which was mixing up days of the week and eventually said that there’s no arrival information based on my phone number. No humans available to talk to.

Absolutely horrible company. Highly recommend to stay away. They rescheduled our appointment 4 times (finally arrived fifth time) because the technician “didn’t have time to make it due to scheduling issues”. One of their own technicians suggested that we use another service provider.

1) Scheduled window was 12/16/2025 1pm to 5pm. He arrived way outside of window. More than 1 hour late. 2) With no updates to customer. 3) He was super sloppy. He brought booties. But he wore after stepping onto my tiles 4) He did nothing and walked away

My dryer has had 6 repair visits with no luck- several Parts ordered and replaced. Dryer still with heat. He replaced a part and said sorry it still doesn't heat a d left. This is unacceptable. It's been 5 months and he can't connect me with a live person to help Get the dryer replaced as it's obvious they can't repair it. I think over 10 parts have been ordered and replaced.

Update to my review: The repair that the technician recommended was completed by someone other than the technician and this has not solved the issue. The original repair visit cost $129 and was for nothing. After a significant amount of time on the phone, I scheduled a new repair visit and was not given a discount on this.

Tech is not an issue. The order taker from Choice home warranty and Sears Ai (which I called couple of times) and they don’t have live person made a mistake of writing orders down.

Late to the appointment he arrived at 1:35 pm and the window was between 8-12. However, he was very nice. I am rating this a 1 not because of this rep but my overall experience. By the way the part previously ordered was not right one and I am still without a properly functioning dryer. This worst customer experience ever.

he fixed one of the three things that were wrong With the range. He complained the whole time about what a big job it was. He knew that the problems were not resolved, but said that he had worked too long on my range and that it was time for him to go. He did not do a good job therefore, I'm only giving him one star
