Fixed the issue
Allen did a wonderful job of finding the problem and fixing it once he finally got here. I had to wait around all day for him to finish prior jobs and he said he had a number of conference calls that were internal.

Refrigerator Repair Service
Desmond was on time both times he came to install new LED lights in my refrigerator. He was most courteous, helpful in explaining what he was doing, performed the repair in a very timely way, and was careful to leave things as he found them. Topnotch service. I cannot say the same for my dealings with the Sears office in arranging the appointments. They changed the appointment twice for reasons that were not valid, seem unable to correct my phone number and full address in my record, etc.

Totally satisfied with the repair service on our Sears dishwasher today. The tech was thorough, efficient and very explanatory as he conducted the maintenance work. I would call on him for future service if we needed repair on this equipment. He was polite and professional and handled the investigation of the dishwasher issue in a timely manner.

Service Technician - Dryer
Aref was courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose two issues that were relevant to the dryer's non functioning. He resolved both and advised us to replace the vent on the back of the appliance. Thank you, Aref!
