Desmond saved our future business with Sears
Desmond and Carlos were fantastic!!! We had a TERRIBLE experience with previous service person. That previous repairman will never be allowed in our home again. We will always request Desmond or Carlos. Desmond is great.

Knowledgeable and kind
Robert did a great job. Knowledgeable and responsive. Arrived a little later than the original window but I am glad it was him and not someone else. Wish there was a way to request certain technicians in the future.
