Eugene is a Great example of why we've used Sears Home service for over 30 years I've used sears home service. The techs are great. They understand how to do business they are polite and they are experts. I'm using AIG warranty, which did have a contract with them and then stopped fortunate for me. I was still able to get a hold of them. They came in that a quote dealt with the issue at hand versus the other appliance company Aries, who took over two months and never fixed the problem now within an hour and a half the problem is not only remedied, but then politely and professionally I will get a warranty from Sears for now on.
