The work was completed The room was left a mess never cleaned up behind himself Floor was super sticky and dirty he never put slippers on his shoes or layed down a blanket to put dryer on He Evan left all the bad parts plus the new part boxes I have pictures

Dishwasher still won't heat up no dry. Heating element won't come on. Must be the switch. Still broken.

Refrigerator repair for the 5th time. It's not the last.

The service provider did the job. However, he is not as friendly as others who serviced our refrigerator. He hardly speaks. What really annoyed us was that he had to pull the refrigerator from the wall to get to the back. After completing his work he refused to push it back. He left my 92 year old husband and I to push it back. Other service men returned it to the wall. After 3 hours the refrigerator's controls are showing error codes again. I don't think it is fixed. Please do not send Hender back to service our refrigerator. The other service men showed care and pride in their work.

Sears service has gone downhill

Terrible overall experience. Had to wait 10 days after drain pump replacement part was delivered to have it installed. Washing machine is now completely useless as it leaks all over the laundry room floor as soon as the fill cycle starts. Samuel was in such a hurry to leave not all cycles were tested. Now have waited 2 more weeks with multiple cancellations. Must call in a non-Sears service do address issue. Warranty dept and Repair dept just want to pass you back and forth to each other without offer a fix. Truly sad how bad Sears now treats its long-time customers even if you have a maintenance agreement.

Technician broke electronic plastic casing to my dishwasher

Tech was to put another gasket in. Door was not closing due to a new gasket placed the week before. He thought it was a lock issue and proceeded to take the plastic casing off . He did not adequately unscrew the screws and pulled and twisted for the plastic casing to come off which was never any issue to come off when a previous tech removed it. He consequently broke the casing on the sides and where the screws went in. Now the dishwasher is unable to close and cannot be run as the casing cannot go back in place. He said he would try to find another but I doubt it will be found. He then told me he had to leave quickly to get to another appointment and to sign that he was there. I could not read what I was signing it was just a blank screen on his phone. I received a notice from Sears that I signed that it was normal wear and tear and that they are not responsible. This is not only poor workmanship but lying and unethical behavior on the part of the technician and SEARS if they do not take responsibility. Fortunately I have before and after pictures along with the broken pieces. My warranty program First American Home Warranty who contracted Sears also has those pictures and saw the before and after and agreed with me. Now we will see who the ethical company is to take responsibility.
