Joshua did a great job on finally getting my Dushwasher worker However it took close to " 5 months" to get the problem resolved. That was no fault of Joshua. The original diagnose was wrong, parts that came in were bad that lead to additional diagnostics that were incorrect multiple schedules and cancellation by several techs The unit seems to be working but very upset over the quality of overall service from your Main supporting group. I could never get in contact with the Service Dept directly. Every time your tech had canceled to reschedule that was another Two weeks. It has been very frustrating on my end of the Master Service Agreement
