Jim was honest, fast, and friendly. He didn't have the part needed on him so it was delivered to our home within 30 min and he was able to complete the installation. Fridge is working properly now. Happy with the customer service.

Cleaming lint in dryer.
Technician Robert was very helpful in diagnosing and fixing/cleaning our dryer. It had almost caught on fire the night before from too much lint on the inside. Robert explained the importance of yearly dryer cleaning, which keeps lint build-up from happening Robert did a thorough and excellent job cleaning the whole inside of the dryer. It looks like new! I am very relieved that we don't need to buy a new dryer at this time. I've read some bad reviews about Sears. As for me and my family, we have only had good experiences with Sears; product as well as customer service. And today was another good Sears experience. I'm sticking with Sears.

Warranty Service on my Amana Refrigerator
Robert, a direct employee of Sears for 20 yrs, was the best! Diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and replaced what I believe was the defrost sensor. He was professional and friendly and went the extra mile by fitting me in at the end of a very long day for him. I would use him again in a heartbeat. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My refrigerator is covered by Sears warranty, however, a good deal of the time, Sears farms out the work to independent companies. Over the 16 yrs I've had the fridge and warranty, that had not been a problem, however, Sears first sent Mix Appliance Repair, an hour away in Glendale, stating they were the only service provider in my area which made no sense as I asked Robert what area he worked and he said Corona. Two hrs later (confirmed by ring video) all the Mix appliance repair had done was literally defrost the ice in the back of the bottom freezer and "adjusted the gaskets" which is the rubber seal around the fridge door and freezer. I learned later that there is no such thing as adjustment of the gaskets. The owner, Armen Balayan, was rude and obnoxious and said the problem could just be the adjustment of the legs of the fridge!!! And when I called them back because the problem was not taken care of, even after I said I don't want Mix, they booked it anyway. Finally, someone called directly from Sears and assured me a direct employee from Sears would come. I'm not sure yet how to be able to request Robert for the next time but I have to at least do all I can to learn how to go about it.

It only took one day to schedule someone to get the repair and get it fixed. Awesome job by everyone. The tech Gabriel kept us informed and what time he was expecting to be here. His knowledge about with this certain washing machine was amazing. Highly recommend him to getcthe job done.
