Knows his stuff!
He is the only one that truly listen to me, and got to the root of the problem. The technician I head out couple of months before him just seem to blow me off and did the bare minimum and left and the problem persisted which I knew it would. When he showed up, I knew he would take care of it cause I've had them before and he's very good technician.
