My refrigerator wasn't cooling the last week in Sept. It is still having problems not keeping temp down. I have had 6 visits, different techs ordering parts, rescheduling etc. This past Saturday (visit #8) Sears cancelled my appt and rescheduled for today 8-12pm, then updated it to 1-5pm and now I receive another update cancelling it to reschedule to tomorrow. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON TO FIX THIS ASAP! * Again, Robert was an excellent technician, very knowledgeable!!!

The technician who serviced my dryer was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. The replacement part was ordered, received, and the technician installed it a few days later. He was friendly, clean, and the work was done in a timely manner.

Daniel and his helper arrived past their time window by nearly two hours as there was a problem finding a helper, and this was a two-man job. Daniel and his helper -- the repairman who had been here twice before this job -- got right to work. All the parts had been shipped directly to me, so there was no delay in starting the job. They worked quickly for such a big job and left virtually no mess for me. The only criticism I have is I was left with two defective parts and several cardboard boxes. This was no fault of Daniel or his helper, and they did put the parts in my recycle bin. You may want to address this flaw as at my age (84) it was a bit of a task to cut up the boxes for recycling. Thank you.

Very professional and respectful. He explained everything. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him for your repair service.
