My technician was superb. Very thorough, found the problem and solved it quickly. That said, I can never, ever, ever recommend Sears. Year after year when I have hsd an appointment, they have canceled at least two times at the last minute and then rescheduled, leaving me, missing work and unable to speak with a person - there is no one to talk to. The system is completely It is a terrible system with complete disregard for one’s work schedule. Do not buy their extended warranty, even though their technicians are excellent.
