Bernardo is always welcome to come fix our appliances. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and takes great care to remove, repair and install appliances without leaving a mess or damaging my home. He is also focused and has efficient. The repair man before him gave up in 3 minutes trying to pull the dishwasher out and made excuse of how he'd have to cut through our granite top to do the repair. Bernardo had it out in less than 3 minutes without any issue or damage to anything. The other repair man also falsely claimed he had come to our home and no one answered, we reviewed our ring camera and he never came to our door. Anyhow Bernardo deserves a raise, this is the 4th time we've had him fix what other sears repair techs couldn't figure out.

It was very easily to schedule service on a very old Maytag stacked unit. I was able to schedule for a repair. He was very professional and ordered the parts for the old Maytag and came back a second day to install the parts.
