We have a 15 year old Maytag wash machine that was failing to fill. We picked Sears Appliance Repair based solely on other reviews. Service was next day and Leroy was prompt, polite, friendly, and quickly worked through the possible problems. The specified part was no longer available so he was unable to repair it but did give us a good description of the problem that gave us other options for moving forward via used parts etc. Thank you Leroy.
