Refrigerator/washer and Dryer
It was okay, but not as thorough as you've done in the past. The technician came in and asked how the refrigerator was working and my wife said okay. In past times with my protective maintenance agreement the tech would move the refrigerator and check out the back...vacuum if needed, etc. This tech didn't do any of that. So he replaced a bin that was broken and that was it. He said the washer and dryer were fine. Total time spent on the three appliances was less than 1 hour. Again, in the past, it seemed that the technician would spend at least 30 minutes on each appliance....not 15 minutes. This tech seemed to be in a hurry to be here and gone as quickly as possible. Somewhat disappointed......
