Sears Home Repair was quick and easy to set up an appointment with excellent communication around parts, appointments, and arrival times. Leroy was great - obviously very knowledgeable and comfortable with my appliance. The return visit to install was quick and done. My dryer was back in service. I am pleased with my experience and will Feinstein use again.

David was courteous and professional. He communicated accurately his ETA. He is clearly well qualified and experienced He repaired my washer quickly and diagnosed my dryer issue. He ordered the part while here and will be back in just 2 days to complete the repair. To receive such great service is a breath of fresh air! Thanks Sears for having stellar employees!
