Leroy kept me up-to-date with his arrival time, was friendly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. Taught my husband a Lot about the dishwasher; maintenance things that we didn’t know about and so weren’t doing. He used a tool to tighten a hose bib that my husband spent 2 hours trying to track down!
