The service technician started with a courtesy call to let me know his estimated time of arrival. I was running behind, and the technician politely explained that he would wait in front of the house until I returned home. Mohammed was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with my washer in a matter of minutes. He even used foot coverings upon entering our home and walking on the carpet. I am very satisfied with the service and experience from today’s visit and will definitely consider Sears Appliance Repair for future needs.
