This was a bit complicated. My washer was fine until it tripped the breaker. I had just paid up on a 3 yr. extended service plan. It had never been serviced. Assurant sent out a Sears A&E tech who looked it over and ordered parts. Unfortunately they could not get back to finish for almost 3 weeks. So the parts came in over time. Meanwhile another tech came out without any prior notice from Bodewell. We determined that it was the door switch that was the problem first. He happened to have a universal one that worked just fine. I was up and running again. So now I still had all the parts and another visit from Sears A&E. The Sears appointment was moved up a week. So when the Sears tech came (Leroy) he agreed that if it is working good he would just return all the parts. I am happy overall that my machine got fixed in faster time. The communication was the problem. I could not just call or message the techs directly. It seems a bit convoluted.; but the service and techs were all great.

So thankful LeRoy was assigned! 1) he worked well beyond normal hours and showed up. 2) He was great at articulating what he was doing and what he was seeing and 3) he’s hilarious!
