They're supposed to be professionals, but they're anything but, I called them to come and repair my refrigerator, and when they came, they scratched it, and I asked them to replace the air filter, and he didn't know how to change it and didn't want to either. I had the filter, it just needed to be replaced, and I even have a warranty.

Terrible experience. DO NOT USE! Can’t get a live person. Never received a call, only AI text confirmation and then a complete no show after taking the whole day off work for the scheduled appointment window. Then only being offered by their AI only system a new appointment an entire week later at the earliest.

Rude. He said we did not have the right to ask of his experience with the washing machine. He said he was going to cancel the appointment and leave. As it turns out, this is the second time the machine does this where it stops turning and then works again with nothing being done. I believe I have the right to ask any technician if they come to fix an equipment if they are familiar with the machinery. He immediately was offended.

Tech didn't fix the problem, still having issues with my washing machine. Washing machine unable to finish a cycle it makes a swicking noise when spinning and goes back to refill the basket with water over and over until mannually distribute the clothes.. wich may take several times.
