The technician arrived without the resources to do the repair and began to argue with my husband on the what repairs need to be done versus what the vendor request them to do based on two prior visits. Very disappointed in the overall experience. A very upset customer.

My technician was great. The wrong part was ordered by the previous technician. He was late and I was trying to reach customer service. You don't provide a phone number to customer service so had to hunt for that. Your phone tree is awful. It took hours to go through the phone tree to get to a live person. Needs to be improved.

Very unhappy. My oven was pitching an error code so I contacted Sears to come service. They immediately started trying to sell me a warranty plan. The amount of money they wanted to repair the oven was over half the cost of a new oven. And when I told the technician I no longer wanted service that I would just put the money towards a new oven because my oven is still working he documented incorrectly that My oven had major damage which resulted in it not working when truth is it was a part that failed. As the oven is approximately 10 years old. Will not use again it felt very deceptive.

Sears repair service is the absolute worst!! Do not use them. It took them 4 visits to repair my leaking washer. They ordered the wrong part (which I pointed out to them 30 minutes after they sent me the order). Of course when it got here it was the wrong part!!! I made them go to Ace hardware and get tubing to fix it!! They were never on time within the 4 hour window that I was given. Leroy was nice enough but seemed overwhelmed with his schedule

The guy had an attitude! Trying to cross question as to why “ I couldn’t fix it” Yelled as us when we called him.
