Love my Sears Appliances and Happy with Sears Techs. Jesus came today on time to fix my refrigerator. (Water leaking) Did a great job.

It took 2and half weeks to get washer going but once the 2 techs came in it was done quick. Wish it was done the first tech came in. But thank God it's done.

Juan was my technician and he did a terrific job. He was friendly, polite and answered all my questions. But most of all, he fixed my refrigerator that I have been without for over three weeks!! It’s so nice to know I can go shopping tomorrow for Thanksgiving food. I would recommend Juan for future refrigerator problems. He is thorough, thinks things through and then actually fixes what is wrong. Thank you Juan. It was a pleasure to meet you. You are definitely a 5 in professionalism.

Must have been a busy day with extras as it was almost 6PM for a 1-5 service time. On the plus side, he DID call at one to let me know I would see him closer to 5. I ordered the 5-item kitchen and laundry maintenance. Frank was pleasant and informative for his findings and sharing what he did. I was only disappointed by not cleaning up after himself in one area and that Sears service is now shorting things they used to do like changing refrigerator filters and making sure the dryer vent was attached and working as it should. He DID remove wrapping from behind the fridge that the movers did not when they put the fridge in place, got the heat up on the dryer so it will be more efficient and, since I do not have a dishwasher, pushed all the buttons on the range hood to assume it was a wiring situation and a quick attempt at twirling a dial to see how to get the oven working. In and out in under two hours.

The technician was very knowledgeable and did a good job. The 3 stars is because i scheduled the appointment time for 8-12. He didn’t call until 1:50 to let me know he was on his way. Really thought no one was going to come and fix my dryer. A call or text should have been made.
