Everyone of the technicians were great however the Internet part of your system I assume it's the Ro-Bot doesn't recognize my phone number and it was very stressful and frustrating for me to try and get things done. I don't know if you're aware but I couldn't get past the very first page to cancel or approve my services. Thank you Mary Mutzner

Sears technician Michael very knowledgeable of repairing my refrigerator, knowing exactly what was wrong with it at the time when he opened the refrigerator up. My visit with Frank was great he was very prompt and polite and got the job done. As for the robot I still can't get anything done through the thing it doesn't recognize my phone so I can't communicate with you past the introductory cause it says they have no knowledge of the phone. So maybe fix that problem in case there's another fix it job for us Thank you Mary Mutzner Ps also this range is still under warranty and I sent back two control panels and a thermostat that was never used all that needed to be done was a reset and Frank took care of that
