Ben was very professional as well as very knowledgeable. He was courteous and very clean. As soon as the parts arrived, he had them installed in a very short time. If needed again, I would ask for Ben by name. Good job Ben!!!

Hard working and dedicated technician. Disassembled dishwasher and meticulously examined everything. Located blockage in pump area and removed it. Cleaned all parts and surrounding areas and reassembled , all in barely over 1 hour. Definitely would use them again!

This guy came when you guys said he would come. I got follow up text and an email. Great customer service. I have a previously experienced the worst customer service from true comfort HVAC in Sacramento. I would recommend you guys to anybody. The guy was very professional. The repair man was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem quickly and found the part locally. He was able to return the next day to replace the non-working part in a short amount of time. Heat began flowing through my home. Thank you!

Ben came in and helped me diagnosed what was wrong with my fridge and even tried looking for the cheapest option in terms of the part that was needed. Giving Ben 5 stars but as for the price of the parts and service which I know is above him seems unreasonably high. The total cost came out almost what we paid for the fridge itself.

He showed up on time, fixed the problem, and cleaned up after himself. Very professional. I would be glad to have Prater’s come to help me again. I see that some other reviewers lump Sears Appliance Repair with American Home Shield. Sears is a contract sent out by AHS. Any issues with AHS should not be held against Sears.
