Tech was great! Thank goodness it was still under warranty. New engine in my 1 year old washer. I will say the managers need to be sure to schedule a little better and actually be there when scheduled but I still give 5 stars.

Technician was excellent. Your website and AI scheduler barely function. I signed up for Kitchen/Laundry Maintenance bundle but only displayed washer. Calling to reschedule was a nightmare and never was accurate.

I had 2 wait for a month for a part for my washing machine. It wasn't Sears's fault. They kept in touch with me both by emails and phone calls the entire time. I finally got the part yesterday and they sent someone immediately. My washer is back to running smoothly. PRAISE GOD! This was the best customer service I have had in years. I am 77 years young and this was wonderful. Thank you sooooo much.
