The dishwasher technician was polite knowledgeable, and did a great job repairing my dishwasher, and made it working properly. I would even ask for him again if I ever need it.Thank you for sending someone that did an excellent job.

This is the third trip out to try to fix a brand new Samsung refrigerator that didn’t work after 12 hours. The first technician did not diagnose the problem correctly but Samsung sent three compressors to me! The second technician diagnosed a faulty mother board. That part was ordered and was installed by the same technician that came on the second visit. He seems knowledgeable and was very customer service oriented. If the refrigerator doesn’t work correctly after this fix, he is recommending that Samsung send new refrigerator out as it is under warranty and still has all the plastic wrap on to prevent scratching. I would recommend this repair technician but would not recommend buying a Samsung refrigerator! My new one didn’t even work one day….
