The service was supposed to be today, July 3 between 8 AM and 12 PM The technician showed up at 3 o’clock when I was leaving with my grandson so I did not get my service.

Tech was running 3 hours behind. Attempted to see my service was still in queue. Impossible to contact any one with your company. Frustrating!

The technician took the defective part out, cleaned it up and put it back and said it was fixed. The problem came back two days later. The problem was not fixed.

nice tech,didnt fix the cooling problen.went out to my garage frige and took temp and it was 31 degrees then came in and did the same with the LG that he looked at and it was 48degrees -unacceptable .going to call for a reinspection.

First the actual repair person comes from Sacramento not Jackson. He was actually ok and arrived on. He did not have the part but ordered it after I paid in full for the part and repair. I decided that I could do it myself, which I did and everything now works. I got the part from Amazon for a third of their cost for the part alone. Now I have to send the part back after I get, pay for the shipping, pay for the initial call, and wait two weeks to get the $400 back that they owe me. The good news is that my refrigerator is working 10 days sooner than they would have had it done. If they had done when they came out they would have had 4 stars because the guy was good. The price was not awful at first glance.

I had someone come out to fix a leak in my washing machine. It was not repaired and it seems like it maybe worse. I would not leave a bad review if it wasn't the first time this has happened (the same thing happened about 2 years ago) and if I could actually talk to an actual customer service agent instead of AI who is not able to look up my past service with my phone number for some reason. Worst repair situation in my opinion.

By far the worst experience. They sent 2 times the same person to fix our dryer and the guy does absolutely nothing but ask me to sign a page that the dryer has normal wear and tear and refuse to fix it. Closest to a scam service I came across.

Charged to clean a condenser that wasn’t dirty, on a fridge that is under warranty and still not cold. Said my thermometer was wrong i checked it again 3 others, so unless I have FOUR bad thermometers my fridge is 50 degrees
