The time it took to get my refrigerator fixed 3 separate times was just sad. The last time took almost 3 weeks. I did apply for the replacement of the food loss but did not receive the full amount. To add insult to injury, the repairman (same one 3 times) was insulting, rude and did not call the day before he was scheduled to show up as planned. I also requested a Customer Service Supervisor to call me and never heard back. And when I tried to call I was hung up on either by accident or intentional and did not get to speak to anyone. This was not a happy experience. I have still not heard back from Sears.

We were happy with the service, however the service was scheduled between 10:00A.M. and 2;00 P.M. ans he did'nt reach our place until 3:00. I would have appreciated having a phone call or text message saying he would be an hour late.
