I was happy repairman didn't have return to complete the fixture of my dryer. He installed a new heating element which was in his truck. If I'm not mistaken this fixture was installed several months ago. I will check my receipts for installation of a new heating element last year. Thanks, Maria Franco

Tech was on time, polite, did the job quickly. Tech gets 5 stars. Service Management that controls pricing gets one star. The price was outrageous! $300 for less than 15 minutes work. The part was $140. I will never use Sears Service again because of price.
