I live in the foothills and it's very difficult to find service people willing to come to my home for repairs. Sears has been my go-to company over the years and this last repair for an AC unit did not disappoint. The service technician was prompt, gave updates on when he'd arrive, quickly assessed the two problems, one of which he could fix and get the cooler running and another which required a part he didn't have, but he was back in two days with it and the cooler is performing perfectly. Great job, Phillip!

We have been getting our product service by Sears for many years now, and their service has always been exceptional! The staff that comes into our home is always very respectful and courteous. They always try to take precautions as to not damage anything and even go as far as to putting liners on their shoes especially during the winter.
