My repairman was very professional and he showed up exactly when he said he'd be here. After finding a broken propeller and diagnosing a broken pump, I told him I was going on vacation and really needed my washing machine. He went back in and took the pump apart to see if he could make it work while I waited for the new part. He then found 2 quarters stuck inside the pump housing and noticed it was a very small piece broken off of one of the propellers. He was able to get my machine working again and advised me that I could wait to order a new pump until this one stopped working altogether. He was honest and I value that above everything else. I trust Sears and I will call them for all my repairs in the future.

Technician was on time and pleasant. Knowledgeable and did the job.

Appointment made online. Arrival confirmed day before, and then again by tech just before appointment. Diagnosis made, parts ordered. Some were back ordered, so it took a couple of weeks. Once parts here, made new appointment, then job completed. Sears service always excellent, if sometimes pricey. But on-line coupons for 20% helped take the sting out. I would use them again.
