After numerous callouts to fix my icemaker he was the one who found the ice on back of frig and said this was not good and he would write it up and putting in the new parts wont fix the problem.

I really would give 4 1/2 stars, but that option was not available. The technician was wonderful! He knew what he was doing and was courteous, professional, and friendly. The only negative part was that the appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday from 1 PM to 5 PM. At 4:30 PM, I received a text saying that I was being rescheduled to the following Thursday 8 AM to 12 PM. At 11:30 AM that day I received a call saying they were rescheduling me to that afternoon. They then finally did come at about noon and fixed my oven in about an hour. I’m happy to have my oven working again that was unhappy about all the delays!
