Tech was on time, polite, did the job quickly. Tech gets 5 stars. Service Management that controls pricing gets one star. The price was outrageous! $300 for less than 15 minutes work. The part was $140. I will never use Sears Service again because of price.

Your technician did an outstanding job. I would recommend him for a promotion if I was his supervisor.

Our 3rd party warranty service sent out two other companies before Sears and neither of the other companies knew how to fix the problem. Finally, they sent out Sears and our technician was Ward. He was very professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the part. He knew approximately when the part was going to arrive and made the 2nd appointment with us before the part arrived so as not to waste time and get the job done ASAP. In fact, we made the job harder for him because we were in the process of moving and then we decided to stay a little longer so we changed addresses on him 2 times.
